The Lodge

Although located close to town, the lodge offers a quiet and peaceful respite from the hectic life of the city. Nestled in the oaks and pines of the San Jacinto Mountains, it’s just 300 feet from the tumbling Strawberry Creek. A leisurely hike along the creek helps you experience and enjoy nature.

Recently remodeled, the roomy cabin offers four theme inspired bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen overlooks the dining area and living room, which boasts a wood burning slate fireplace. Also available are TV’s, stereo and video equipment.

Outside you will find three different deck areas complete with tables, chairs, and a propane barbeque. Squirrels, woodpeckers, chipmunks, raccoons and blue jays cavort in and through the woods searching out morsels to take home to their brood.

A mere 5-minute walk to town invites you to shop, dine and relax at the many stores, galleries, restaurants and unique locations that help make Idyllwild, “One of the 100 best art towns in the country”.

Take Freeway 60 or Interstate 10 to Banning.
Exit Highway 243 to Idyllwild.

From Orange County (about 93 miles)
Take Freeway 91 to Freeway 60, and then Interstate 10 to Banning. Exit Highway 243 to Idyllwild.

From Palm Springs (about 47 miles)
Take Interstate 10 to Banning.
Exit 243 to Idyllwild.

From Palm Desert (about 47 miles)
Take Highway 111 to Highway 74, and then
